Diagnosing my Eco-Anxiety

Science has never been so scary than this before. Well, of course! Climate change takes almost 30years to show its results and now, we can see increasing numbers every day which is horrifying. And to feel anxious about the ecological crisis is absolutely normal but the question is how are we moving forward to solve it instead of being hopeless.
